The cooking is something we do on ad -hoc basis when we are available but please note it is very much an added extra when we can and sometimes we can’t.
If we are here to cook, we do breakfast platters and simple one pot suppers and orders will only accepted for the occupancy of the cottage.
Breakfast Platters are our generous take on a Full English and £8.00 per head.Served usually between 8.45 and 9 am.
Suppers served in china dishes and include veg or salad where appropriate. Priced at £10.00 per head, usually served between 6.30 and 7.30.
Example meals would be Creamy Fish Pie, Aga baked Chicken or Steak Pie,Chicken or Beef Hot Pot,Pork Chops in Cornish Cyder, Veggie Casserole,Ratatouille, Hot or cold quiche in various flavours to suit, served with a salad.
Homemade Cakes can be pre-ordered for arrival or delivered during the week, let us know if it’s for a birthday.

We are very lucky to have plenty of local takeaway options and also the numbers below may be able to fill in the gap with notice ,they are fabulous local chefs who act as mobile caterers and they will also provide very competitve ready meals for you to eat, chill or feeze but they will need pre -booking.

LOCAL FISH & CHIPS are available in Portscatho on Friday nights between about 4.30 and 7.15 pm ( or when he runs out ) by the main car park. Also in St.MAwes most days
TATAMS - local stonebaked Pizzas available Wed – Sun in Portscatho , also from the St.Mawes hotel most days.
