DEPOSIT is 30% of the holiday cost and is non refundable
BALANCE due 12 weeks before the holiday - Bookings made within 12 weeks of the start will require full payment on booking.

PAYMENT preferably by BACS but we also accept Credit/Debit Cards ( not American Express )
Changeover day during the main season is on FRIDAYS during which we let whole weeks only. The main season starts in mid March and runs to the October Half Terms.October and February Half Terms can start on a Saturday subject to bookings already in place.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE Lettings commence from 4pm on the day or arrival and finish at 10am on the day of departure.
MEALS – the meals service is usually available on Arrival day and Mon -Thurs when we are here .Occassionally we may be away or unavailable to cook so it is not a guarenteed service.
DOGS AND PETS
We do not generally accept pet dogs, but will always accept Guide and Assistance dogs. We may,in certain circumstances allow a dog to be brought depending on the time of year, type and age of dog and cottage required,subject to signed agreement to our Pet Policy. Pollaughan Dogs Policy
Short Breaks and Winter Weeks
After October Half term we are into the SHORT BREAK and WINTER WEEK season and accept bookings for whole weeks starting generally on a Friday or Saturday. Short Breaks of anything from 3 days can start either Fri or Saturday or Mon or Tuesday though we will do our best to accomodate any requests.
Prices for Short breaks are : 75% for 3-4 nights 80 % for 5 nights 90% for 6 nights
Multiple Week Bookings
Bookings of two weeks or more can receive a discount of £40 from the balance of the holiday if no mid week linen change/clean is required. If you would like a mid stay change and refresh clean the discount does not apply. You must let us know on the booking form if you would like to take advantage of this discount.
Group Bookings
We welcome group bookings and Pollaughan is very popular with large family get togethers.Bookings of more than one cottage to the same group will require the £100 cleaning/damage deposit to be paid with the balance to cover the extra time spent re-sorting items which inevitably happens .This will be returned within 7 days of the end of the stay provided the cottages are left clean and tidy and all items have been kept within the cottage.
