The Pollaughan Farm Veggie patch is very much Farmer Tim's playground.He'll usually be found in there planting all sorts of veg to keep the kitchen going, but keeps it as chemical free as is possible.

We try to buy as little veg as possible especially during the spring summer and autumn and this year were completely self sufficient in lettuce, potatoes, garlic, courgettes ,pumpkins ,carrots, beans, onions, parsnips, raspberries.

We have eggs, lamb and pork of our own though we do sometimes have to top up from our local butcher, who in turn buys local meat from local farmers.Our animals are of course completely free range and looked after to the highest welfare standards and other meats and supplies we buy from local farm shops, butchers and wherever possible.

When we make Cheese Salads and Platters we use only Cornish made Cheese.

Boddingtons Jam is the best ever Strawberry Jam made and sold here in Cornwall not half an hour from us here at Pollaughan - if you have a cream tea when you arrive you will have a chance to try it for yourself www.boddingtonsberries.co.uk

St Mawes Fish Shop is right on the quay at St Mawes.  Fresh fish is caught by a local boat.  If the cabin is not open,you can all Angie Green on 07792 220821 and she will certainly be able to help you.

Curgurrel Farm has a little shop just a mile from here at Rosevine. Depending on the weather they have local crabs, lobsters and scallops plus locally caught fish. 01872 580243.

Adrian & Tom Glanville's stall in St Just is brillliant for grabbing the odd cauli and greens! There is an honesty box so please support them !
