B&B on Roseland with a bit of a difference, escape the formality of traditional bed and breakfast in our beautifully converted barn for two ,near the Coast Path, Porthcurnick Beach and Portscatho.

Our lovely old barn with its own entrance has been sympathetically converted to a very light and spacious hideaway . The full height patio doors open onto a south facing decked terrace, hidden from view and looking over the wildlife lake to the fields beyond. Under Floor Heating, a Super King six foot Bed, Shower room, Sofa, Digital TV/DVD and its own little fridge, toaster and kettle ensure freedom to come and go and eat as you please.If you really do need to keep in touch there is FREE WI-FI.

Chill at your own pace ,enjoy your breakfast al fresco on the secluded sunny decking when weather allows or inside if not, and come and go whenever it suits. Adjacent to our home , and only open to prebooked visitors at certain times of the year, if you are wanting to escape and enjoy true R&R without being tied to set breakfast times or having to join other diners first thing each day then this is for you, discreet and very peaceful.You’ll find it well equipped with kettle, cafetiere, toaster and a mini fridge and as with all things Pollaughan we aim to spoil you so when you arrive you’ll find some treats, maybe homemade cake or some scones, plus a selection of high quality teas, coffees, juices and milk.

B&B PRICE INCLUDES a varied Continental Style Breakfast left in the fridge for you. A selection of items such as breads, cereals,fruit, tea and coffee selections, juices, smoked salmon, soft cheese, butter,jams and honey will be in the room and refreshed daily to help yourself in the privacy of your own space. We’ll restock fridge items as required and whizz away the washing up of your breakfast dishes but do not fully service the room each day as we feel this impedes on your privacy.When we are here and available to cook our very generous Full English Cooked Breakfast Sharing Platters for 2 persons may be ordered from us, to be delivered to you at a mutually agreed time, at £15.00 per platter.We also offer other cooked breakfast choices and suppers on a bespoke basis.

Children - we can pop in a cot for a baby and we have a small folding guest bed suitable for one child .

Dogs - Our general policy here at Pollaughan is no dogs however we will use our discretion depending on age ,type, time of year.

The B&B Room can be booked as an add on bedroom to allow larger parties in our cottages or extra family members during the week, so expanding Willows and Meadows from sleeping 6 to 8 and Fallow from 4 to 6.Whole weeks booked as an ‘add on’ and on a ‘Room Only ‘basis may have 10% off the RO prices below.PLease note if booking on Room Only there is no kitchen as such for washing up as on the B&B basis we do all that for you.
