TO MAKE A BOOKING go to our Online Live Availability chart above to check Availability and Pricing , click on the start date and follow instructions. We will  review details before confirming back to you.We aim to process all bookings within 24 hours unless marked in notes to delay processing.Tel : 01872 580150

TO MAKE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING  just make the booking as above but write in the notes to delay processing for a few days, we will then confirm receipt and send you BACS details / card link for you to finalize the booking when ready. We will hold for 4 days.

DEPOSIT  to be paid at time of booking is 30% of the holiday cost and is non refundable

BALANCE  due 12 weeks before the holiday  – Bookings made within 12 weeks of the start will require full payment on booking.

PAYMENT   preferably by BACS but we also accept Credit/Debit Cards ( not American Express )

CHANGEOVER DAY during the main season is usually on FRIDAYS during which we let whole weeks only. The main season starts in mid March and runs to the October Half Terms.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE   Lettings commence from 4pm on the day or arrival and finish at 10am on the day of departure.





We may,in certain circumstances allow a dog to be brought depending on the time of year, type and age of dog and cottage required,subject to signed agreement to our Pet Policy see DOGS pageWe will always accept Guide and Assistance dogs.

After October Half term we accept SHORT BREAK and WINTER WEEK  and accept bookings for whole weeks starting on either Friday or Saturday or other days by arrangement. Short Breaks of anything from 3 days can start either Fri or Saturday or Mon or Tuesday though we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Prices for Short breaks are :   75% for 3-4 nights      80 % for 5 nights       90% for 6 nights

Bookings of two weeks or more can receive a discount of £40 from the balance of the holiday if no mid week linen change/clean is required. If you would like a mid stay change and refresh clean the discount does not apply. You must let us know on the booking form if you would like to take advantage of this discount.
